We want you to love your order. If something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered.
30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to start a return or exchange for any reason.
What’s Eligible
Unused items with original tags/packaging
Defective, damaged, or wrong items (we’ll cover shipping both ways)
Size exchanges (you only pay return shipping unless we sent the wrong size)
What’s Not Eligible
Items marked “Final Sale”
Items washed or worn (beyond trying on)
Free gifts or promotional items
How to Return
Reply to your order confirmation email or send us a message at returns@artistrysmith.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll send you a prepaid return label (for defects/damage) or instructions (for personal preference/size swaps).
Drop it off at USPS/UPS — once we receive it, we’ll issue your refund or ship your exchange.
Refund Timeline Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. Money goes back to your original payment method (including original shipping cost only if the entire order is returned due to our error).
Production & Shipping Times All items are custom-made for you. Please allow 2–7 business days for production + 3–10 business days for delivery (longer during peak seasons). Tracking is emailed automatically.
International Orders You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs/duties on the way back. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
